Please bring a valid Driver's License or State ID. Our receptionist will print and laminate a copy of your new medical card for you. After the receptionist has created your profile in our system, you will have a short visit with our pharmacist. This is required before your very first cannabis purchase in Utah.

Next, a Beehive pharmacist will meet with you in a private office. They may ask you a few questions, such as what medications you are currently taking.
